About me

My name is Sarah Wilkins and I am a Pilates trainer based in Farnborough. I have more than 17 years of experience in this field. At Clear Balance Pilates, I train and coach people from all age groups in Pilates. My training programme is designed to achieve balance, flexibility and inner strength. In addition to this, my training programme can also help you to resolve body and mental stress whilst improving the posture of your body. I also work as a personal fitness trainer for some of my clients. My aim is to promote the values of a healthy lifestyle through my training programmes.

Classes work on a pay as you go basis but you do have to book a space (due to the current situation numbers are limited).
To book just click on the “BOOK CLASSES HERE” tab above and select the date and you wish you to (don’t forget to tick the the terms and conditions box). Then just turn up with your mat and pay on the day.
Classes are available to book on a Friday from 5pm for the following week. Booking reserves you a space and then you pay cash on the day. Please cancel your space if you can not attend.

I also offer online classes if your not quite ready to come out to classes yet or just want something extra in the week. I have over 100 classes online ranging from Pilates. Conditioning, Stretch and Dance to do in a time the suits you. The online studio is £20 + VAT a month which you can cancel at anytime. Just click above for ONLINE CLASSES.
